NPP Introduces New Membership Card Today

The governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) will switch to a new membership cards with some security features following the National Launch and Roll-out of the cards today Tuesday, October 18, 2022 at Prempeh Assembly Hall, Kumasi in the Ashanti Region.

This is to make way for a new biometric or electronic membership card from this year for easy identification, data keeping and proper management among others.

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo is expected to be in attendance as the Special Guest of honor and Steven Ayesu Ntim as the Chairman for the occasion.

This forms part of the membership drive of the party to help register more members to solidify it chances of retaining power in 2024.

The card will have features whereby all members would automatically hooked onto a centralised computer system for easy identification.

When officially roll out, the new card would make it possible for all registered members to be in the same folder, a move that would boost compilation of party data and do away with party fracas over compilation of party albums for primaries.
