Part of N1 highway to be closed to traffic

The Ghana Highway Authority has announced parts of the N1 highways will be closed to traffic from Saturday (28 January) to Sunday (29 January), an official statement has said.

The closure which will occur between 8am and 5pm daily is to allow Ghana Grid Company (GRIDCo) to undertake stringing of transmission line conductors along that stretch.

Affected section of the road include the Tema -Aflao section of the N1 Highway around the Goil Filling Station at Larkpleku near Tsopoli.

A statement issued by the Ghana Highway Authority advised the public to follow the traffic diversion signs to be placed at the various sections on the N1.
